Youth Empowerment, Mentorship, and Leadership Program

Building the Next Generation of Refugee and Newcomer Leaders

Refugee and newcomer youth face significant barriers to education, employment, and leadership opportunities. Our Youth Empowerment Program supports youth aged 16–30 by providing;

  • Mentorship,
  • Leadership development
  • Mental health support
  • Career readiness opportunities.
  • Safety

Through mentorship programs, employment readiness training, and leadership workshops, youth gain the skills, confidence, and connections needed to achieve their personal and professional goals. We also provide culturally grounded programming that promotes identity, belonging, safety and resilience.

By investing in youth leadership, safety and empowerment, we help young refugees and newcomers become leaders and changemakers in their communities.
