Conference Registration and Payment

Registration for the “Global Conference on Sexual Health, Reproductive Rights, and Gender Equity in Refugee and Humanitarian Crises” is now open. To participate in this vital event, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Registration

Register and pay for participation in the Global Conference. 

Registration is only confirmed after receipt of payment of conference registration fees and submission of the registration form. After registration and payment of registration fees, you will receive a confirmation email and an official invitation letter for the conference.

Step 2: Registration Fees

• Early Bird: $250
• Regular: $300
• Exhibitors: $500

Payment for registration fees is only accepted through online payment using a credit or debit card.

Registration Deadlines

• Early Bird Registration Deadline: December 30th, 2023
• Regular Registration Deadline: March 30th, 2024
• Late Registration Deadline: April 25th, 2024

Note: Delegates who register during the Early Bird phase will enjoy a discounted registration fee. 

The registration fee covers access to conference sessions, materials, networking opportunities, and conference meals.
