The 2nd Global Conference on Sexual Health, Reproductive Rights, and Gender Equity in Humanitarian Crises invites experts, practitioners, advocates, and community organizations to submit proposals for sessions and workshops. We seek to foster a diverse and comprehensive dialogue around the conference theme, “Empowering Voices, Ensuring Rights: Advancing Sexual Health and Gender Equity in Crisis Settings.”

Submission Guidelines

  1. Session/Workshop Title
  • Provide a clear and compelling title that reflects the content and objectives of your session/workshop.
  1. Session/Workshop Overview
  • Present an overview that outlines the main focus, objectives, and relevance of your session/workshop to the conference theme.
  1. Format
  • Specify the format of your session/workshop (e.g., panel discussion, interactive workshop, case study presentation).
  1. Target Audience
  • Indicate the intended audience for your session/workshop (e.g., policymakers, NGOs, community leaders, healthcare professionals, refugees, etc.).
  1. Key Topics
  • Clearly outline the key topics and themes that will be covered.
  1. Speakers/Facilitators
  • Provide brief bios and qualifications/experience of the proposed speakers or facilitators.
  1. Interactive Elements
  • Describe any interactive elements or audience engagement strategies that will be incorporated into your session/workshop.
  1. Duration
  • Specify the proposed duration of your session/workshop (should not exceed 1 hour and 30 minutes).

All session and workshop proposals must be submitted by March 15th, 2025.

Accepted sessions and workshops will contribute significantly to the conference’s goals of knowledge exchange, policy advocacy, community empowerment, strategic partnerships, and inclusive dialogue.
