Registration Fees
Early Bird Registration Rates (Sept 15, 2024 – November 30, 2024)
- Low-income & middle-income countries: $370 (CAD)
- Upper-middle-income and high-income countries: $400 (CAD)
Regular Registration Rates (December 1, 2025 – March 31, 2025)
- Low-income & middle-income countries: $400 (CAD)
- Upper-middle-income and high-income countries: $450 (CAD)
Late Registration Rates (April 1, 2024 – May 8, 2025)
- Low-income & middle-income countries: $500 (CAD)
- Upper-middle-income and high-income countries: $550 (CAD)
Summit Exhibitors: $700 (USD)
All conference exhibitors must pay the exhibition fees and then proceed to complete the summit exhibition form here. The deadline for conference exhibition registration is March 15th, 2025.

Payment Method
All payments for registration fees are accepted only through Eventbrite using credit or debit cards.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that no refunds will be processed for cancellations.
